Are Filipinos conquering the world one song at a time?

Actually they are just singing, but "conquering" is a more dramatic word.

And it's a fact that we are everywhere and anywhere there is a microphone. Plus, it is easier and more fun to sing than do domestic chores, caregive, nurse, construct or do engineering work.

And - unless it gets posted on YouTube, noticed by Ellen, supported by Oprah or watched by Gaga - there may be many many more singing Filipinos all over the world we do not know of.
